1) when we arrived to our room the door was propped open and it smelled like someone had just been smoking cigarettes in it 2) there is a German cockroach infestation and these types of roaches end up in all of your baggage etc 3) there were flies in the room too since the door had been propped open 4) our key card didn't open the door because the door handle was broken, it registered that the key card was correct (see video) and flashed the green light but when turning the door handle it would not budge - this makes me thin... read more
Rooms are extremely unclean. I stayed here for 2 days and we saw cockroaches in our bathroom and in the washbasin. The parking space is limited and you might not even get one as it's first come first serve basis. Although they charge high rates apart from hotel location don't expect anything in return. I won't recommend you to stay in room full of cockroaches.
Parking is only free for 1 car any additional parking is 20$ in addition the spaces are really tight. The place has ROACHES! And the room smelled of mildew. And when you turn on the AC it smelled of cigarettes. Most of the furniture was damaged and the front desk lacked professionalism. There was a dying fish in a green fish tank in the front. In addition after all payments cleared I was charged 11.21 for a unknown reason. I didnt leave my room so no additional purchases where made downstairs. Theres literally a best western... read more
