RecommendedWhat a clean, well decorated lovely hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and afternoon cookies! The rooms seemed larger than most, very nice hotel! I will stay here again when my travels bring me to Helena!

Our room was great! Staff was super friendly and most helpful. The restaurant was amazing too!
On the 15th my husbands company had their Christmas party at this hotel/restaurant. They have had their Christmas party here and at another location switching back and forth the last 10 years. The food was not good at all. It seems like every other year the food is not good. With two exceptions the dinner roll and the dessert was apple pie and those two were good. Dirty room - hair in the sink, crumbs on the bed and counters. Staff handled the situation very poorly - waited over an hour for a new room - ended up staying elsewhere.
Always my choice when staying in Helena. The staff went way above and beyond to recover and send me an item I left behind on my last visit. They also have the best sugar cookies at the front desk.
