We've been using HHR Nursing Care going on two years now.. The caregivers have been amazing. Ashley in particular is so warm/kind - we just love her! - she goes out of her way to find ways to make life easier. There was one caregiver that didn't work out (not 'terrible'(!)..i.e. 'fulfilled her duties', just not a 'personality fit' for us) and HHR was quick to just move her out of our 'team'.
Get rid of andrea she's unprofessional, money hungry, and gives this company a bad name I will be communicating this experience with others who think about using this nursing agent again ( get rid of andrea the scheduling coordinator and your company will succeed)
