Rooms are small ( the bed takes up 90% of the room) but are nice and has free wifi. Good place to stay if you are by yourself but would be too cramped if you're not.
Petite but well appointed and clean
Sound insulation is poor between rooms and outside. Rooms are a bit small. Staff seems friendly. I give it a 7 out of 10

Size does matter! Way too small of a room, barely fit two into King room(no parking/no pool)
I'd recommend the restaurant for breakfast or dinner. The spa isn't up the the quality of the rest of the property, beware of scheduling problems.
Unusual to find a restaurant and bar as good as Elate at a hotel so well priced. Good central location, stylish and excellent value.
