When we stayed there we left a bathroom bag hanging in the bathroom. It took housekeeping 5 days to return our call and by then they could not find it. I have never had such poor customer service. Yes, our fault for leaving it, but we knew where it was even hanging and they say they did not find anything 5 days - yes 5 days later. We called the very day and every day until they finally returned our call 5 days later. Unfortunately we will have to find a new hotel in Colorado Springs.
