Great facility and excellent staff
Excellent nursing, PT and other staff. Very compassionate and caring towards patients and families alike. Much appreciated! 0/10 for food quality, 0/10 for SW Tanya, not sure what her job is other than giving wrong information and plonking down brochures. Waste of taxpayer $$$, you could replace her w an administrative assistant easily or a vending machine. A useless civil servant doing useless work other than pencil pushing, chomping her food while talking to family and looking at her computer screen. Utterly useless. Shoul... read more
Nothing but praise for Shaver and their out patient Rehab! They are very professional and have a wonderful program for recovery! I highly recommend them!
I don't know if I've ever given anywhere a one-star review, but I just don't want anyone to have the same experience I did. I don't know about the actual hospital but hospice is not great. I went to the St. Catharines hospital on Sunday and was told my dad had a few days to live, they sent him to the hotel Dieu Hospice Friday, I had not left his side since he was hospitalised. They asked me to leave, because I "looked homeless" because I was a wreck because my father was dying. They also did not let anybody stay with him. So... read more
