My stepdad was at Shaver for 2 months. I can't say enough good things about the staff on 2west. They are kind, accommodating and very caring.
The hospita is exceptionally clean Such a contrast to the hospita in St Catharines and Niagara Falls. The staff (with very few exceptions), are hard-working and kind. Their positive attitude certainly helps the healing process . By the way, the food is actually good....especially in comparison to hospital food.
My dad has been in 2 west for 4 weeks now. The staff have been outstanding, attention to comfort has been amazing. Some may say that's their job,,,, well some people do their job,others go over and above. Thank you to everyone, great work and care
