Our original place canceled on us less than a week before vacation - and I am SO glad they did! Because of help of friends, and friends of friends, we lucked out with this place! Phenomenal location, superb staff, and made our first trip to NOLA extremely grand! Special thanks to Susan for accommodating us! Donnie was absolutely the best upon check in and Delilah was outstanding with all of her help! Can’t wait to come back! Thank you!
Took grandkids for ,2 days had a wonderful time great experience so close to everything rooms nice staff awesome will return so convenient to everything is in walking trolley bus never have to move your vehicle my grandkids were very happy this place is a safe environment people say it's dated but is so new Orleans . Can't wait for the next visit
Have stayed here tons of time, and recommend it. Employees have moved cars so I could get into garage. Susan at the desk bends over backwards to accommodate us. Rooms comfortable and clean, housekeeping great and the location can't be beat for access to French Quarter and the Marigny.
I have loved this property since the late 80's - only place I stay in the quarter - home away from home.
