definitely a place most everyone will revisit.
This is a very modern hotel. Rooms are a decent size...comfortable and a good amount of dresser space. Bathrooms are nice and clean. Large showers. Great location...close to lots of amenities and steps from the beach. Relaxing roof top patio. Free drinks during happy hour which was great! Also 2 free beach chairs per room. Most places on the beach charge an arm and a leg for beach chairs, umbrellas, etc so I think that is a great amenity for the hotel to offer. Room is small, no complimentary water for the room and the fitness room ( not center). Breakfast burrito and breakfast skillet $44? Taste like Dennys.

Awesome location and rooms
Worst hotel experience ever! Checked into my room and changed into my swim and was out for the rest of the day. It wasn’t until the evening when I returned and pulled back the top comforter did I notice there was a blood stain on the sheet I spoke with the RUDE manager Roberto Hermosillo the next morning who before I could even get two words out let me know that he will NOT be accommodating at all and that it was impossible for his staff to have done this or not seen it. Cute boutique hotel across the street from Miami Beach. Free beach chairs, towels, quaint pool. Awesome bar and restaurant. Free happy hour!
Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is delicious. I will definitely make this my go to hotel for my future stays in South Beach.
