I have a very bad experience staying in this hotel. I stayed there for one night and there is no hot water for the whole night. I only found it out when I got into the cold shower. As a result, I caught a cold. When I checked in, they did not inform me of such info and ask whether I want to continue. What's more, in my room, there is occassional big cracking noises in the room.
