Today was my 3rd time there. First 2 were excellent. Your chicken is outstanding. I wanted to try something different and asked prior to ordering if your ribs were fall of the bone or do you need to use a fork. I was told, "definitely it's fall off the bone". Which is how I like them. They weren't. They were served with a fork. I ordered a full slab and only ate a very small portion because they were tough. I'll come back but will stick with your chicken.
