Sadly, as charming as the hotel is, it was spoiled by the unprofessional and poorly trained staff. The man at the reception desk was flippant and rude. The next morning, we came down at 7:30 to have breakfast and was told to have a seat and someone would be right with us. 5-10 minutes later my husband went back to the reception desk to ask when a waiter might be helping us, the same person tells us “oh, I don’t think they open until 8.” She then recommends a restaurant directly across the street “to the left”. Loved every minute of our stay at Hotel Cleo. Valet and private. Bar and restaurant upscale and boutique.

Beautiful rooms, excellent location and customer service. Matthew, Ellie & Tara were so helpful while I had to change plans due to bad weather.
