The hotel wants to be a high end hotel without high end accommodations...no refrigerator, coffee pots, and rooms too small. Your paying for Santa Monica. Plus, our car was driven 80-miles after we check our car. Total ripe off... it is not what it seems.

Well priced hotel! Very nice rooms & bed and super clean!..cleaner than some of the 5 star hotels around the world! U Won't be disappointed! Believe me. I travel A LOT!
We had a fantastic trip to Santa Monica. The hotel was perfect for us. The hotel manager Angela is so wonderful. She up grarded us to a king suite. She even made us a pound cake and gave it to us the next day. So very delicious. Thank you for making us feel at home.
Very nice and quaint hotel. Well located and one block from Santa Monica Pier.
