A little dated. Rooms were pretty warm due to no AC. Restaurants and lobby were great. Crows nest had awesome views and food.
This was the worst experience I have ever had. I am Disabled and requested accommodations when I booked the room the yr prior and confirmed it before I got there. There solution was putting me on the 17th floor with a room that was over 80 degrees in March with the window open. WE ended up missing prepaid BUS TOUR and Convention and they still charged me over $500. They are not worth the hassle oh and they don’t have parking for guests that will cost you another $40 a day. The Marriott was way better
Rooms are a little dated and we had no control of the heat. Room was way to hot without the window open. All the restaurants were top notch and super convenient. Service was very good when needing assistance.
Older hotel showing its age in some areas. Service was good with friendly staff. The location is within the downtown area. Several shops within walking distance. We stayed during winter, so there was no AC in the room! Temperatures stayed at 74-76 all day and night. Currently, the second tower and one of the main restaurants were closed for renovation.
