I am truly disappointed in how I was treated with my service dog. I was treated with skepticism upon arrival with my service dog, but guaranteed I would not be charged a $100 pet cleaning fee. Upon checkout I was titled I would be responsible for a $100 pet cleaning fee as a punishment for leaving my service dog in the room alone while I dined downstairs. Historical landmark, nice place to visit, the staff is incredible, lost my wedding ring and a blue sapphire diamond ring out side the hotel check-in area. The staff found them for me. I’m so very thankful !
This hotel is amazing! The staff was so very friendly and helpful when we showed up late at night with no reservations. Luggage service and valet parking was fast and efficient. The room and hotel itself was gorgeous! For the same price as the cookie cutter hotels you can stay here and it's a much better experience. This hotel doesn't disappoint!!
Boulderado Hotel is only exceeded by its bar! Go.....
