I was at a bridal luncheon at the Boulderado a month ago that was reserved for a party of 12 from the wedding party about 2 months before the big day. We had very poor service and had to go ask for someone to serve us drinks, etc. two or more times. I spoke to the manager about how disappointed we were & he said they were short of staff! It was all arranged by several phone calls ahead of time so am very dissatisfied with the Hotel Boulderado.
Beautiful and historic. I unfortunately was sick during my stay and ordered room service and when they found me sick they brought up some hot tea and honey.
I would say 3.5 stars to be fair. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. It was perfectly located as well.
