We made a reservation as a package including ferry transport. On the way there they had forgotten to make our reservation so I had to pay out of pocket. They Claimed they would reimburse us and never did. They swore they would get it right on the way back and we showed up at dock at 7 AM to go back home and STILL didn't have a reservation! Had to pay out of pocket again. I called at least a dozen times waiting on hold for over an hour at one point. Great location.. Staff was Friendly and very Polite.. only downfall was walking three floors several times a day.. I will stay the next time I'm in Avalon aka Catalina Island..

The Hotel Atwater was so nice! The staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was clean and the perfect size. We will definitely be going back there!
I loved Atwater the shower and sink area extra small but I managed loved the location as I visited the beach in the wee hrs Made my bday perfect Ty
