The WaterWalk is customer service oriented and the concierge service was a fantastic perk! The BYB breakfast was a nice surprise. The floor plan is roomy, the premises are clean and well kept. I would recommend WaterWalk to anyone and look forward to staying here the next time I am in Wichita.

After several years and tens of thousands being spent on rooms, Waterwalk won’t let us shorten our lease by one month. In the past they have been fine to deal with, but management has definitely changed over the past year. This place has lost my respect. They don’t care about tenants, it’s all about the money.

My family and I temporarily lived here after I was released from the hospital because I was in too much pain to travel back and forth from home for follow ups. The staff here was amazing. The apartments are roomy. All of our wants and needs were fulfilled beyond comparison to any other place we've been. It truly felt like home away from home. They would even check on me after Dr's appts to see my progress and gave our dogs treats. I couldn't thank them enough for everything.
great staff, sweet and very professional hospitality. wonderful feel and sweet surroundings. we got in early and they had no problems helping me arrange to where we had a place before our reservations. we have our puppy with us. she was treated as one of the family by the staff. full sized kitchen and washer/dryer. wonderful setting. absolutely relaxing.

Very clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and always willing to answer any questions you have. Would definitely stay here again if we need temporary living arrangements. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for temporary housing.
