As someone said, people are loud. Next door, it sounded like a party was going on. When I asked about a quiet room upon check in, the staff said third party companies assign rooms in advance and wasn't helpful. Won't stay here ever again. The Fairfield Inn next door is a better option.

Michelle said I can not pay cash deposit for the room because they don't accept cash deposit and also asked me to pay for parking of 25 dollars after I book the room on the app. When the app supervisor called her she changed her story and said they accept cash. She refused to refund money for service not provided. Very bad customer agent. She should be evaluated.

Check in on the super website said 3pm and the hotel said 4. So poor communication between their booking and management. Rooms were clean first glance, but there was hairs and stuff in the bathroom sink and shower. Like it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly between guests. You hear everything. Walls are paper thin. Heater is extremely LOUD which wakes me up every time it works. Reception has very cold manner. Breakie is very very limited and slow. Too little food for grab. There is no kettle and cups in the room which is BIZARRE! Its snowing out there and i can't even have some hot water and cup of coffee.

This hotel was very good price and very good location and it was clean. They are renovate to make it better but the breakfast was good and the lady the first day who was serving was not good at service even we made it to 915 but she said no, there’s no food she cannot refill.
