We came into town for the Cherry Blossoms during the end of March 2025. We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Arboretum in Washington, DC! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It’s a little dumb that we have to pay for parking and that there’s no pool and it even shows on the website of the pool instead there’s a blue room. Everything else is fine but lied about the pool.
The staff at the reception was friendly. The staff at the breakfast area on this week Tuesday was friendly. The breakfast was same for the 4 nights we stayed. There was absolutely no variation at all! Felt like I was eating the same stuff every day. Rooms were very basic and worn out
The service at this hotel is phenomenal. Antoinette at the from desk and Thomas in the kitchen Jen are the nicest people ever. Just legitimate honest kindness. The security guard was friendly. Room was quiet, AC worked properly. So far so great!
