cute town but giving 3 stars because we informed front desk the room temperature was broken. it was 70 cool in room our stay until they sent a very small portable heating fan. the maintenence gentlemen even came but it didnt work afterwards. beds were ok in comfort but had 3 cold nights.
Pros: Our 4th floor room seemed recently renovated, very clean and comfortable. The sheets were the softest I've ever seen, and the mattress so comfy! The views are stunning, particularly at sunrise and sunset. There are a lot of food options and easy access to many great hiking trails. We didn't do the tram or use the pool or gym, but all looked really nice. Excellent grounds, we really enjoyed the area! Cons: Staff were so aloof here, zero customer service skills.
