This place is beautiful in the summer and the winter
For the price it was unacceptable. They clearly don't care about maintenance and have no pride in their building. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Their furniture was outdated and worn out. Walls in halfways and elevators had scuff marks and scrapes from what I assume was luggage carts. There were patches on the cellings where the paint didn't match.
