Will never do any personal business with hotel or nightclubs! Horrible experience with the security team! Unprofessional security manager and guards who through their weight around to prey on vulnerable and intoxicated people exiting the nightclubs. They laugh and joke like its a game to mistreat patrons who spent a lot of money in their establishments. My wedding hasn't even happened and I'm fearful of the disaster that my occur on my special day! Planning my wedding at Hotel Albuquerque has been a complete nightmare! I wouldn't recommend any of my friends get married there! The hotel does not value their client nor the amount of money they are spending there. The wedding coordinator is never available, all their contracted vendors never call back, and their running excuse is their switching over databases.
