Great property, great staff, great ambiance, tours leave right from here. Best Tortilla Soup I ever had and also fried dough dessert that is one & only. Well worth the trip even if you are not staying here on your trip.

The service is terrible! We booked a Jr suite and got a King balcony room, when we complained and actually showed them the pictures they have listed on their website, there was no attempt to move us into the correct room, we were told they would talk to the reservation mgr blaming them for the mistake and then they just kept saying we were in a suite, they did however lower the rate , we also ordered room service which was completely wrong and delivered cold!! This hotel is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! And the price was great. The employees are soooooo nice and helpful. We will keep this as our hotel anytime we come to Albuquerque and will recommend it to everyone we know.
