It is a lovely comfortable, clean hotel , the staff are helpful and friendly . The breakfast is brilliant. Had a wonderful stay here and would definitely return. Its also ideally situated with all the sights easy to get to.
We stayed here for 5 nights in December 2014 for our son's surprise trip to New York for his 13th birthday. It was an excellent hotel. The location was perfect and within walkable distance to lots of tourist areas. The hotel was in the middle of refurbishment at the time we stayed but that didnt affect our stay. The free breakfast was good and the staff were lovely especially Matt. The room we stayed in could have been improved alittle but I guess by now that it has been.
