Really great location right In the heart of New York so near to everything. Clean and lovely staff.
Missing
Stayed here December 2014. Lovely hotel and in a good location for getting around. Friendly staff. Breakfast was included which was great. The bar next door was also good with nice friendly staff.
Awful awful place. We arrive in New York to go to this hotel which looked like a hotel from a horror movie. Building works going on, dust everywhere, building men everywhere. To then go to our room which was dirty, my cousin who is 12 was expected to sleep on a put me up bed which was dusty and dirty. Which was then replaced with another one which was exactly the same. We were not staying here. So Virgin moved us to a beautiful hotel The Rosevelt Hotel in Madison Square gardens. Horrible horrible place. Don't recommend. What... read more
