They are NOT licensed! Be very careful, avoid them like the plague! After they did shoddy work at my business we asked them to fix it and bring it up to code because they cut corners. They said they would then ghosted and left us in a bad position. Filed against them with Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation, we received a notice back stating their license was already revoked. Hot Boys installed a new HVAC unit in our house several years ago. The unit has been a little troublesome, but Hot Boys has been really amazing fixing it under warranty. The most amazing thing is that Hot Boys pulled up the warranty information. They could have scammed me and made up stories that it wasn't covered, but they were incredibly honorable. I'm not sure you find that much these days.

Hot Boys is horrible! I do not recommend them to anyone!!!!!! The owner Joe installed an A/C unit which has not worked properly since it was installed. Joe will tell you that he is coming out to fix it and never shows up, call him back and he doesn't answer his phone. Once I made contact with him he stated that he is doing all that he can because he doesn't have any staff and he is doing all the calls himself............... guess what????????? NOT MY PROBLEM!!!!!
