Hi Heela, we are unhappy to hear that you had an unpleasant experience. As we have stated above, in your husbands duplicate review, your Stylist had recently changed her prices and had not yet informed the Front Desk, who still honored the original quoted price. She should have been able to make any necessary corrections to your cut with no additional charge. We will speak to her regarding that issue as our policy is that fixes are complimentary (as they should be!) within 10 days.
I haven't visited the salon. I took a class today in Saratoga, New York with David Bangham. He was excellent! I would love to take another class with him on specific hair cuts! #greatclass #veryfunny #madeyoufeelcomfortable
Kate cuts, colors, and does my extensions as well as cutting my two year olds hair. She is wonderful, knows what I want before I do, and is the most efficient stylist I've ever been to! She is an amazing stylist, very professional and is wonderful with my little one! She always makes sure I'm 100% satisfied before she lets me out of the chair. We won't go to anyone else! 🖤
Got a color, highlight, and cut from Angelique and she did a superb job with my unruly mane. She really understood exactly what I was looking for and I left with something even better than I could ever imagine. She is great to talk to as well. My husband loves my hair as much as I do and said "Yes, this is it, I love it, it's beautiful!" Thank you Angelique and I'll be back!
