I cannot say enough good things about this place. They have successfully made a great, inclusive, and welcoming community. HYP has mastered variety- you can always find something there you want to do. The teachers are second to none and are there to help guide you to where you need to be. I'm a big fan.
Hot Yoga Plus provides community, highly skilled teachers, and a great atmosphere to transform to your best self. I practiced at this studio religiously for 2 years but then moved. I have been to studios around the country (even world) and Hot Yoga Plus has continued to be my favorite. I just wish they had a studio in Seattle, now!
It was my first time and the staff made me feel very welcomed. Instructor came up to me afterwards to see how I felt. Very nice place and I will return.
Checked in for Fusion yesterday. Janice Miller was the instructor. We started at a brisk pace and were all raining sweat at the end. Felt cleansed and ready for my day.
IM in LOVE with HYP! Every teacher is AMAZING!!!! Lindsey always makes me laugh and I feel like she's my sissy from another missy! I totally know what a "yogasm" is now because after class you feel on cloud 9!!!
First timer.....way harder than I thought.......great class and I'll be back!!
