Hot Pilates with michele is my favorite hot class in LA. an amazing sculpt while also working on easily mobility for the joints. Truly the best
Back in the hot room after taking an extended sabbatical. OG HOT YOGA. 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Have attended this studio since it opened in 2012. Such a loving and welcoming studio and owner. All of the instructors are amazing. Love the 5:30am crew. Grateful that they now offer hybrid 75 min and 60 minute classes as well as the traditional 90 minute sequence. MAKE SURE TO BREATH AND LOCK THE KNEE!!
Very rude owner. My fiancé and I accidentally parked in her lot, thinking it was for the dance studio next door (given it is literally attached to it) and within 10 min, she towed BOTH of our cars the day before our wedding. When we approached her kindly, she said “come back in an hour” so we waited outside, and when we came back and asked if she could waive the fees (given it will cost us over 1k and neither of us have a car) she told us no, and that she didn’t want to lose business with the tow company.
