Very rude owner. My fiancé and I accidentally parked in her lot, thinking it was for the dance studio next door (given it is literally attached to it) and within 10 min, she towed BOTH of our cars the day before our wedding. When we approached her kindly, she said “come back in an hour” so we waited outside, and when we came back and asked if she could waive the fees (given it will cost us over 1k and neither of us have a car) she told us no, and that she didn’t want to lose business with the tow company. The yoga classes here are great, and the community is welcoming in general. However, their billing system is not properly handled and you should be very aware when signing up for monthly recurrent memberships. We signed up for a membership for three months. At the fourth month, when I was planning to cancel, I received a message from the system stating that the business have locked me in for six months.
