Positives they were on time, negatives they made a huge mess , threw the old screws on the floor and just left it all there and are very expensive. When I inquired about the hourly rate he just got short with me and left. Quality of work was good but price not so much.
Very rude and unprofessional. I contacted them for a quote via e-mail. After a week with no response I called them on the phone. I asked if they received my e-mail, at which time the guy on the phone asked for the location of the job site. When I told him the location he told me there was no way it was getting done this fall yet (mind you I was talking to him at the end of July). They definitely need some lessons in customer service!
