Bought a new hot tub from a big box store, just to see if we would use it much before spending $$$. The pump had to be replaced. The company contacted Hot Tubs Plus (after another local company wouldn't return our calls). Hot Tubs Plus came & replaced the pump. They were prompt in returning our calls & very professional. They will be our first call the next time we need service.
So glad we found Hot Tubs Plus...love our new refurbished spa and the service has been great with the set up and instruction. The Nocks are great to work with. Honest, good knowledge, responsive to clients needs. I will recommend this business to anyone in this area!
