Needed an obscure part to fix my hot tub cover, not only did the kind folks at the Hot Tub Dr. quickly identidy and obtain the part I needed, but they also sold it to me at a great discount. Thanks A++
They are so good to make the sale but when you need service it's nonexistent they come out several times never locate the problem untill your warranty has expired. And than they are not only not helpful but RUDE
Never purchase a spa hear when you have a leak they will come out say its not leaking. I called them out for a leak several times according to them it was never leaking. The last time I called they kept delaying comeing out. When they finally came out must of ben at least the 5th time it was after the warranty expired but when it wasn't a warranty issue sence it had expired they FINALLY FOUND THE LEAK Imagine that
Has the best quality tubs in town, at a good price too. Plus the monthly service they offer means you never have to worry about pH or if the water is getting low. They take the worry out of the tub so you can just relax
