For anyone to give this shop a bad word obviously doesn’t do much business in tire and mechanic shops, these guys are busy with customers every day which is a good review IMO, Terry & Kyle will get you best prices and be very honest about everything and will make any wrong doing right with all if any. Very friendly customer service unlike most tire shops in area!

When you are asked by the shop to drop ONE tire off to be mounted and they will have in ready in an hour but 2 hrs later it's still sitting there, NOPE! It's sad you can't customer service anywhere in Hot Springs!
They are great! They gave us a free used tire to make it home to Mississippi while we were vacationing in Hot Springs.
I have blowouts on my lawn trailer weekly it seems like.. these guys get me in and back on the road in no time!! Very professional and best pricing in town. I highly recommend them to everyone!! Only place I go!!
I've used other shops in Hot Springs and, been over charged and told I needed things done that were not needed at all. FINALLY, found this place and THANK GOD I DID because the things that did need fixing had been overlooked by former places which could have led to a major disaster. HONESTY goes a long way with me too and these folks have never tried to lead me to have work done that is not necessary and have even helped me with some minor things at no charge. I will not recommend anyone to these people. I have a flat on my car and it will not make it to a shop. I'm a single mom that works. I have no one to help me and I asked if I pay someone anyone just to come to my house and take my tire off so I can bring it back and have it fixed and they wouldn't do it. Was very rude. The guy I spoke with was just sitting there doing nothing and wouldn't budge for any type of cash. Even if I offered a 1000 dollars he wouldn't come nor let anyone come help me. Terry is honest, helpful, affordable and GOOD! I have been take my vehicles to Hot Springs Tore and Auto since I stepped foot in Hot Springs almost 11 years ago. They always take good care of me and my husband both!
