We bought a used Hot Spring spa from our neighbors. Les was most helpful in answering all of our questions and giving me instructions on getting it set up and running. First-time owners of a hot tub. The process was so easy and fast. From the day we purchased until delivery it was only two weeks! They not only delivered it but didn't leave until it was fully setup and explained every detail to us. I'm so happy theirs companies like this who truly focus on customer service! A++ service!
our speakers that we paid an upgrade fee for lasted all of one year. we used them maybe 5 times. we usually like the quiet but sometimes the music is fun which is why we paid for them. the salesman basically told us too bad. hot springs contacted us through email and said they would look into ot. 3 months later... nothing. love the hot tub... but not so much the customer service.
