Purchased hot tub from them and were good for awhile but the service guy (Chad) is a complete jerk. Just based off of after service care I would not recommend.

I have had a host of problems with my hot tub. It seems I can’t go more than 2-3 months without calling the retailer about an issue. I purchased a tub with the ACE salt system. This was a huge mistake. It is very difficult to keep chlorine levels where they need to be. My salt cell has just failed and I learned the the “5 year warranty” does not apply to the salt cell. A friend of mine bought a Hot Springs Spa. I asked him if he purchased one with the salt system. He said he did not as their sales rep said it was not a good ... read more

Customer Service horrible!
We bought a used Hot Spring spa from our neighbors. Les was most helpful in answering all of our questions and giving me instructions on getting it set up and running. We are first time spa owners, but we will never go anywhere else! Thank you!! The first soak was fantastic! Lisa J. PS thanks for encouraging me to get all the parts for the moto massage! All the tubes were broken. 😊
