I loved the view and the museum relics and history. I only give it 4 stars because only one elevator (that was terribly hot) worked. The telescopes were out of order also. Overall a neat experience.

Beautiful view. I'm not afraid of heights, though I do respect them; and yet this view is just breathtaking. Nice gift shop, fair prices, great little treasures. For $6 You get the greatest treasure of this amazing view.

Nice view, but time dated, telescopes have been non working for months, seems like with what they charge, they could update it. It looks the same as 20 years ago and not in a good way

Business response:

We will have roof fixed in a couple of weeks and then can start 2nd floor. We really have to wait until peak season is over so not to hinder tourists. So in late fall should have better estimates

I give a 4 because of the breathtaking view, the friendly staff, and the nice souvenirs store but the place needs an upgrade: only one elevator working (we didn't feel too safe going up), the telescopes not working... it's a little expensive comparing to other places especially considering that the place needs serious improvement for the safety of the guests.

Business response:

We have plans in place for giving the Tower some love. I assure you that you were safe at all times. We take the safety of the public very serious.
