A Colorado classic. Been coming here since I was a little kid. The hot pools have been redone since I was last here.
Disappointing. Can't talk to a 'live' person when calling about lodging reservations and have to leave a voice message, which I did several times this week. Missed the one time someone did call me back, on 9/17/25. I returned the call a short time later but again got their voice mail. Left another message. No one returned my call. Called again and left another voice message, still no one has bothered to return my call.
Clean, comfortable room with easy access to the hot springs. Yummy hot breakfast too, made to order.
Always a great stay here. Stayed in one of their newly renovated spots and it was gorgeous. I wish they had robes provided in their rooms but that’s the only downside. I’ve stayed here so many times and will continue to book.
Crazy experience and not as private as many of the other hot springs are. We spent the night listening to the people next to us arguing all night long. Ugh terrible experience
