Wow. Go, relax, enjoy.
!SCAM ALERT! Overcharged by the hotel for no valid reason. I was charged more than the final price confirmed on Booking.com. When I questioned the difference, the staff claimed they could charge more than the amount shown on Booking.com, which is completely unacceptable. The hot springs are truly excellent, but no matter how good the facilities are, arbitrary charges and failing to honor the confirmed reservation price are unacceptable.
