It was okay, the only reason I’m doing two stars is because the staff all of which seems to be teens, do not act like they are employees at all, as one of them was using language that shouldn’t be used in front of little kids...saying someone could just suck his ****! This is by far the worst place to bring your children if they are going to allow employees to speak like this in front of customers, more so children

I would definitely recommend riding the ducks. The captain was very good at telling stories about the Hot Springs area. Captain Phillips was our captain
This was our 2nd time to take the tour in 2 years. We has a different tour guide, so we learned new things. I recommend it to any tourist!

Took last tour of day with Captain Michael and got many wonderful sunset pix and enjoyed seeing so many ducks flocking around while on the lake. My third city for a Duck Tour and the Hot Springs edition is a good one!
