The athletic club is great, the gym is very nice and usually empty and all the machines are new and well maintained. The steam room and sauna are amazing, the sauna is always at 195 degrees Fahrenheit which is hot but perfect. I come here everyday and will continue too and the best part is when you are done working out you can go enjoy the pool!

A good gym if you're staying at the hot springs hotels. Can have trouble finding open cardio machines when busier. Only real complaint is that they don't open until 8:45am on weekends, which makes getting a workout in very hard when you can't knock it out early before the day starts!
Safe for women? My wife and a female friend have had uncomfortable encounters with an employee that works at the athletic club. When we went to talk to Mark the manager about the issue, he was very dismissive. He was far more concerned with getting us out of his office than listening to the issue. He informed us it was a public space and anyone could use it even if they made people feel uncomfortable. When I asked my friend if she felt like her complaint had been heard, Mark answered for her.
