Great pool, great view. Gym is decent, while the cardio equipment is fantastic, the weight room is pretty basic. As it is, this will def be a pool I’ll look forward to doing some laps in, especially in the cold months.
I was there for 7 days and had the weekly pass. The facility was super clean. The staff was super sweet. I have the same Locker everyday for the week. I didn't need to bring anything with me but my swimming suit and a smile
It has lots of cardio and the gym has all the essentials bodybuilding equipment. Don't expect commercial size gym equipment or prices. It more like Lifetime Fitness prices. However, commercial gyms don't have these hot spring pools of different temperature and cold plunge. If you are staying at the hotel resort with pool pass than the gym pass will be additional cost. I love coming here and well worth the cost.
Great! It was my first experience and I am delighted. The water is 103 degrees when it is 28 outside. The only disappointment is when you leave this place
