I love my hot tub! I feel that I am starting to get a good night sleep for the first time in many years. It is truly a "Heavenly Experience" for me every night before I go to bed. I am so relaxed when I get into bed. I think that I am asleep before my head hits the pillow.
Excellent Service I have always had excellent service in the store. I would absolutely recommend your products and services to anyone looking for reliability and customer service. I intend to purchase chemicals and possibly another spa if the need arises.
Great Spas My wife had been asking me for a spa for a while now, so I decided to get one for her for her birthday. I end up going to Hot Springs Spas and they helped me with everything. Since I was surprising her, all I had to go with was what shes been telling me about her "dream" spa. And what do you know?! They had a spa with all the features that she wanted. So of course I ended up getting it, and I haven't seen my wife this happy in a while. I am glad that I made the decision of buying it here.
Unethical! We believe the owner of this franchise/outlet is extremely unethical as he sold our $10k spa (which he held from a move) out from underneath us with out any contract or consent. He never contacted to tell us he had sold our spa-- he said after the fact he assumed we we're "just walking away from it" when we specifically told him that we just needed to move it from the home and that we we're interested in a potential consignment sale or reinstalling it at a new residence. Amazing Job! This is one of the few businesses that still holds customer service and satisfaction as its main priority.
