fun and relaxing the hot spring is a wonderful place to go and relax for an evening or even a day, it is very fun and relaxing
We love our spa! We love our spa and continue to use it at least four to five times per week. We are not sure how we ever lived without it. We are pleasantly surprised that our toddler loves the spa as much as we do. It is an activity that we do together and equally enjoy!
Unethical! We believe the owner of this franchise/outlet is extremely unethical as he sold our $10k spa (which he held from a move) out from underneath us with out any contract or consent. He never contacted to tell us he had sold our spa-- he said after the fact he assumed we we're "just walking away from it" when we specifically told him that we just needed to move it from the home and that we we're interested in a potential consignment sale or reinstalling it at a new residence. Excellent Service I have always had excellent service in the store. I would absolutely recommend your products and services to anyone looking for reliability and customer service. I intend to purchase chemicals and possibly another spa if the need arises.

Unethical !!! Poor Service! I purchased a spa from this place over a year ago. They were real eager to make the sale, of course. But, when I had an issue with the heating element within the first year...they somehow couldn't find the paperwork. They don't return your calls...and all of these phony reviews are obviously jokes! I finally got some real service from the Hot Springs Corporate Office. Don't waste your time and hard earned money dealing with these unethical people. There are many other good places to shop.
Amazing Spa!! I came here and got the most amazing Spa I have ever seen for a great price! The sales guy was great and worked with us for our payments!
