This was our first time to visit Hot Rods. We are from Florida but were with friends from the area. We found this to be a very friendly 50's-themed diner. Our waitress (the owner) was very helpful in guiding us through the menu. We tried the jalapeno hush puppies... they were delicious. Just a touch of heat complimented by the jalapeno pepper jelly. The food was Great. The customer service by Wyatt was beyond Wonderful. We will definitely drive all the way from Covington, GA again to eat there in the near future. Also, we look forward to the Antique Car on the 3rd Saturday of each month from 4-8pm.
The cruise in was great with lots of nice cars. The food was really good and prices are good. Great service for the amount of people at the restaurant.
Great atmosphere, great service and great food. You have to try their Brunswick Stew and definetly have a banana split. On the 3rd Saturday of each month they have a cruise in car show that is well worth seeing.

Mushroom burger and tater tots were excellent! The staff was very friendly even though they were very busy!
First let me say that if you don't get the jalapeno hush puppies, you're missing out. We had the bacon cheeseburgers with onion rings and it was outstanding. We will be back.
