They do excellent work, have excellent customer service, very honest, very fair, no complaints, have taken 2 cars there will be back if need be.
They are the best! From beginning to end they know what they are doing! From the friendliest staff to the the crew fixing a lil oopsy on my Durango - they all rock!! The boo boo (oh just a lil $2000 boo boo eeeeeks) is no longer there in any way shape or form - you could never ever tell it happened - it is absolutely perfect and gorgeous!!!! I'd like to give a HUGE, HUGE shout out to Dream works auto and Collisons; especially to Shannon. I was in a bad car accident that totalled my car, and i had to work with State Farm on trying yo get me something so i can get back and forth on my job, school, and Physical Therapy. She got me a rental right away, she helped me with any paperwork i had problems with, if i had an issues with a representative i told her, and she took care of it right away. They have excellent customer service and the quality of the work they performed on my car was flawless. My door was bashed in a parking lot and now you'ed never know. They are a locally family owned & operated business. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
I was very nervous about having my car worked on after it got hit because my car is my 'baby'. I brought it to Hot Rod Dreamworks on recommendation from a couple of people in the car club I belong to. So glad I did! They were so friendly and helpful (worked with the insurance company amazingly). The work was high quality and my car looks brand new. I would definitely recommend them and would bring my car back there for future work. Great job HRD, thanks!
