Excellent staff, service, and quality work!! I hit a deer (well she hit me) shortly after buying my car, so I was super choosy about who I brought it to. To be honest, I was a little leery about using a body shop my insurance company “preferred”, but after researching Hot Rod Dreamworks, I scheduled an appointment. They were friendly, easy to work with and even helped arrange a rental car. As for the vehicle repair, their attention to detail was superb. We were referred to them for the damage to our truck. They did a great job and took care of having the rental car on site and insurance co. Etc. great people, detailed the truck inside and out as a courtesy so it was just perfect when we picked up! Highly recommend!!
I wanted to give a shout out to Hot Rod Dreamworks. They helped one of our clients who had a panoramic sunroof shatter! The glass along would have been over $1000 and our client would have had to file a claim. They were able to find a used piece of glass and install for less than half of our clients deductible! This is the second time in a year I have taken my truck in there asking for advice to fix a problem on my truck. Each time these guys have just been great. They solved my problem, gave me the best options and allowed me to decide on what I wanted to do. I will always go to these guys for any help on my vehicle. Thanks again guys
