I set in line for 20 minutes, when I got to the speaker to place my order no one would answer. So I waited another 15 minutes to get to the window, told the girl no one answered and she said yeah we are having problems but the line is long and I need you to please pull back around. So I left and went to Bristers ,I will say I have a new bbq favorite their food is 100x better than hotrods.

I use to love this place. It has gone way down the last few times I came here. This last time being the final straw. I ordered 2 brisket sandwiches. Usually you get a sandwich loaded with brisket. This time, I got half the amount of meat and half of that was pure fat. so after taking all the fat off, it barely had anything to it and it tasted horrible. Nothing like the Hot Rods I'm use to. what a great place!! Great food!! And wonderful employees!!!
Had a horrible experience here last night, the staff was unbelievably unprofessional and flat out rude. They run out of foods daily (why? poor mgmt); they did not take ownership of their mistakes, and still got our order wrong when corrected. I will not be back and I will never recommend anyone go here. This was a HUGE disappointment.
