Excellent Service! We used Hot Rayz for a business trip last week. Clay met us at the airport and took us to the resort. He also provided service for the return trip. He was on time and courteous to our group. We felt welcomed the moment we stepped on the bus! The whole process was a breeze. Great communication from Bob and staff. If our travels ever take us back to Florida, we will definitely book again with Hot Rayz!

I planned a last minute trip to South Beach on a Friday night. Clay was our driver and he was exceptional. Traffic in South Beach is horrible on a Friday night. It had to be 11 hours of hell for Clay but he was courteous and polite the entire time. This is the 2nd time I used Hot Rayz and it's always been an outstanding experience. Thank you!

Joe was our limo driver for our May wedding. He was awesome. Great service and timely. My fiance and his parents arrived on time; I arrived on time. Prompt and efficient. Only slight visual misstep is the red carpet looked more like a burnt orange, faded look. Otherwise, awesome and definitely recommend the wedding package. Maria

Best decision I could've made to get my family to and from Orlando airport for our vacation! We went to Orlando in a stretch limo and returned in a suburban, both extremely comfortable. The drivers were pleasant and professional. (Good sports posing for photos with my "star struck" boys when our chauffeurs arrived!)
