After 3 visits from hot pepper I jumped on a special with another company. Here is what I found out about hot pepper’s work. - they did not clean the blower in the furnace; - the dryer vent they charged me to clean 3x’s was actually a bathroom fan exhaust; - each hole they cut into the ducts on different visits were only taped closed and in the wrong position. I’m very happy to know the job has finally been done properly and would advise against using hot pepper as they aren’t a stand up company.

Their guys were very professional and gave us excellent service. They didn't hesitate to clean up, and ensured that they left the house very clean. They walked us through the steps of cleaning, and informed us about the additional charges, if there were any. Amazing work and will definitely recommend them to others. The price was also right!
