RecommendedWe love living at Hot Metal Flats! The location is ideal, everything is walking distance or a quick uber to surrounding areas. The building is always in pristine condition and the office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The building is built very well, thick walls with very little sound from other apartments. We just signed a lease for our 2nd year!
We love living here. We’ve been here for two years now and just renewed our lease again! Everything is well-constructed, we haven’t had many maintenance issues at all. The walls do a great job at blocking noise, and the monthly resident events are a fun way to meet the neighbors. Would definitely recommend!
Hot Metal Flats has been an incredible apartment complex to live in over the last three years. I love how responsive the employees of the building are, the creative monthly community events modified to the tenants, high-class gym amenities, and friendly atmosphere! I highly recommend living here!

Hot Metal Flats, great atmosphere and location. It's location makes shopping, dining, and entertainment easy. There are many businesses located directly on the main strip of East Carson that participate in the Walnut Perks program. This allows residents of any Walnut Capital properties, including Hot Metal Flats to receive discounts from their businesses.
