This establishment came through an extreme amount of hard work. Many people dedicated time to help open a safe place for people to come and enjoy drinks & food [some of the best in WW] with friends and family. It's a business establishment built with a great amount of heart. If you have anything bad to say about the service, or drinks or food, speak up. If not, that's your own doing. They're willing to make it right when you give people a chance.
Hot mamas is one of my personal favorite stops to make when my husband and I are traveling. The service is great! I love what they stand for and it isn’t just coffee! Their iced white coffee are amazing! And their service and staff are phenomenal. I’m biased, but Courtney is awesome too.

Staff very rude when patrons tried to be nice and interact with child they were holding behind customer service counter. Very unprofessional.
The staff is always prompt and friendly! Drink turn around time is quick, best ice in town and drinks are delicious!! One of my fav places!
The staff is very friendly and eager to get your order to you as soon as it is ready. The environment is relaxing and pleasing with a great firefighter motif. They also do deliveries for free.
