Salon would not honor my gift card even though they had a record of it in their system. Asked to speak with owner to see if there was something that could be done. The gift card was for $70. I would have even accepted a discount but they gave me nothing. They quoted "Massachusetts State Law" to me. Owner would never speak to me personally. Had receptionist do her dirty work. Horrible way to run a business. Never go here. I will tell everyone I know that this place does not deserve their business.
I went into Hot Locks salon at the Plymouth location and loved my experience! The environment was extremely relaxing, clean, and upbeat! The staff at the front were extremely friendly and professional. My Aesthetician Erica did a fabulous job with my eyebrow waxing. I can't wait to return!
