I like their Lil Burrito for it's size, but I'm not all too happy about having to pay an extra 50 cents for a small additional scoop of cheese. The burrito I always order has the brown rice, pinto beans, chicken...and only the cheese. You'd think they would realize that since I'm adding guacamole, onions, tomatoes, any of their sauces, etc. they wouldn't charge me for the extra cheese. Chipotle doesn't. i have never had a problem with this Hot Heads, but today was another story! The guy that made my burrito hardly put anything in it and when I made a comment to what I think was a manager, she just said it depends on what I get put in it. That was AFTER she almost rang it up as a LIL burrito, because it was that small!! Usually I need several napkins because the ingredients are falling out. Not this time! I barely used one. I just paid over $7 for a burrito that was worth $2! Never again will I go to this Hot Head!
Awful experience! I walked in for a quick lunch and was greeted by, I assume the manager Cari. She had her back to me, never smiling and acted like she hated her job, employees and customers. She was very curt with the 2 male employees and very rude to me. My food was barely warm, drink was mostly seltzer water - I threw it away. The food was OK but Urbana's location is 100% better in every way possible. I am in Vandalia every weekday but I will NOT go back to hothead! I gave it 1 star because I couldn't rate it a zero.
