I’ve had wonderful experiences here with Melissa (for a facial) and Diedre (for a massage). I recommend them both highly!! They are skilled, talented, and deeply caring practitioners. Very healing! Thank you so much!
For context, this was my first massage experience in around 11 years, so I'm not sure what the standards and expectations might be. The staff are friendly and professional. I cannot say that I felt this establishment was the most cleanly, however (stains on the walls, dust/debris in the baseboard). My massage therapist was kind and asked me about my problem areas, yet I didn't feel like these areas were given due focus or attention. I was gifted an opportunity to utilize hot hands spa. I chose to have a signature facial with red light therapy. Melissa was my esthetician and she was friendly and very knowledgeable. The facial was very good and very relaxing. During my second visit, I had an opportunity to speak with the owner. He was friendly and took time to chat with each customer upon arrival and departure. This is a small business which I enjoy because of the personal attention. I will return and highly recommend.
I recently visited and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. THIS PLACE WAS AN ABSOLUTE MESS .DIRTY WALLS..DEBRIS ON THE RUGS.WHEN GETTING A MASSAGE THE ATMOSPHERE IS SUPPOSE TO BE NICE AND SERENE...I WILL NOT BE RETURNING ALSO THE ROOM DOESNT SMELL NICE AND FRESH
